7-11 and Bubba Gumps

Bubba Gump. Didn't have time to go but It would've been interesting to try their shrimp and grits.

Steering wheel on the left side. I guess this is more british.

7-11. they even had the slushies and hot dogs.

Hong Kong is tight!!!

This was club and bar central.

That's me in the middle.

Turn your computer screen counter-clockwise and you'll appreciate it more.

270 needed to win. Obama wins. Didn't know how to react, I thought it was going to be a closer race. We'll see how he does.

If you make fun of Jackie Chan you'll get killed. He's a Hong Kongnese.

Polytechnic University, HKTDC, Stock Exchange, and Hong Kong Productivity Council

Hong Kong Stock Exchange

I'm a trading agent

We couldn't get a good picture.
The Hong Kong Productivity Council serves the local SME's in Hong Kong with product development, planning, quality controls, etc.

The lady next to me is Mrs. Pui-King LAU, a congress woman in Hong Kong. Behind her is our Professor, Dr. Chen Min. Mrs. LAU gave us a very interesting lecture on The Role of Hong Kong in China's Business Development. She was very energetic and enthutiastic.

The Hong Kong Trade Development Council promotes Hong Kong as the best location from which to,
-Sell products into China and Asia
-Source products and business services
-Manufacture products
-Develop, manage and expand business in Asia Pacific
They also bring in more than 300,000 people every year to buy, sell and make contacts on Hong Kong's business platform.
Furthermore, they organize more than 600 Hong Kong promotional events globally, reaching nearly 100,000 business people in key markets every year.
Now I know who to turn to If I want Information about the markets and Industry sectors in China.
Visit http://www.hktdc.com/ for more info.

This is where all of our lectures and discussions were. Really nice campus and great cafeterias.

Jumbo Floating Restaurant/ Fishing Village

Rich people's Yachts just chillin

Smaller fishing boats on bigger boats.

Two guys fishing

Many people live on their boats. You can see a man on the left hand corner of this picture.

Our tour boats.

Cool dish. Traidtional Song dynasty characters.

Ballin! The tour guide told us that Jackie Chan's yacht was docked here. Don't know if it's true or not.

Jumbo Floating Restaurant. Food was really good here.
Cantonese food is much more similar to American Chinese food. Most of us on the trip prefer Cantonese food than other Chinese food or Shanghainese food.

Downtown Hong Kong

All those rectangular shaped signs are advertisment signs. Samsung, Phillips, Sony, and a lot of banks.

Our program paid for a boat cruise dinner. Got some really good pictures of the Hong Kong Skyline. This one is my favorite.

Peak View.

Peak view

This is us going up to the highest peak in Hong Kong.
Felt like a 45 degree climb.

Sick looking building

This is the tallest building in Hong kong, and most importantly the one Batman jumps off in the latest Batman movie.
By the way, this picture was taken on the 49th floor of another building.

This is the mini version of the Batman building.
